Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist based in Gillette, WY. The therapist will provide counseling and evidence-based therapeutic services to diverse client populations, including individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, and collaborating on case management. The therapist will also participate in ongoing professional development and utilize data tools to monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and developing personalized care strategies
- Experience in Social Work practices and Case Management
- Expertise in Mental Health, Family Therapy, and providing counseling to diverse age groups and populations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field; licensure in the state of Wyoming is required
- Familiarity with evidence-based approaches and tools for monitoring client progress
- Experience with specialized populations, such as active-duty military, veterans, or professionals, is a strong plus
