Hourly rates: $16.00 - $23.50 per hour (shift differentials INCLUDED, base rate of pay will be based on education, license/cert & work experience)
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- DAY Shift: Full-Time (32 - 40 hours per wk) 7:00am - 3:30pm w/rotating weekends

Your role and responsibilities:
- You will provide for the personal care, engagement and comfort while meeting the needs of our patients under the direction of a Nurse or Program Supervisor.
- You will regularly engage with patients to ensure they are actively participating with the treatment groups, activities and therapy or physician meetings in order to support their ongoing treatment goals.
- You will work closely and productively with nurses and other unit staff to assure overall coordinated and therapeutic functioning of the treatment setting, including providing input to improve functioning.
- You will document patient interactions and engagement as well as patient presentation on a consistent basis
Your Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED required (documentation of this is required)
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Able to pass thorough criminal history background check and drug screen
- Preference to candidates w/degrees or certifications in Human Service fields and or CNA or BHT or BHI certifications
