ABOUT THE WYO SPORTS RANCH (WSR):

The WYO Sports Ranch is a premier multi-sport training, recreation, events and entertainment facility that serves as a hub for a variety of sports as well as many other recreation and community pursuits. WSR is located in Casper, Wyoming, featuring 10 basketball courts, 20 volleyball courts, and a vibrant food service area with multiple vendors.

WSR’s mission is to provide Wyoming and the surrounding community a unique, state-of-the-art facility for competition, training, and special events, while emphasizing the importance of physical and mental health and promoting an active lifestyle for our youth.

WSR’s vision is a multi-sport training, recreation, events, and entertainment facility that will serve as a hub for a variety of sports as well as many other recreation and community pursuits. The facility will provide an atmosphere of community for sports clubs, event organizers, and participants. The facility will focus on four principal offerings:

· Youth sports training programs, clinics and camps

· Sports performance and fitness training

· Youth leagues, tournaments and events

· Facility rental for family-friendly, social gather events.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring all interior guest spaces — including restrooms, hospitality areas, meeting rooms, offices, and event spaces — are clean, sanitized, and visually appealing. This role plays an important part in creating an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness throughout the facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Clean, dust, and sanitize public areas, hospitality suites, and meeting spaces.

· Maintain spotless and well-stocked restrooms.

· Perform laundry duties for towels, uniforms, or event linens when needed.

· Monitor and restock cleaning supplies in assigned areas.

· Respond promptly to guest service requests for cleaning or assistance.

· Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring spaces are guest-ready.

· Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the Facility Manager.

· Follow WSR’s cleaning procedures, safety standards, and OSHA requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Previous housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience preferred.

· Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail.

· Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused demeanor.

· Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
