Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff in performing daily cleaning tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
- Oversee floor care activities, including buffing and maintenance of various surfaces.
- Manage custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings.
- Coordinate industrial cleaning tasks as required by specific job sites.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance.
- Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is beneficial.
