Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and support all aspects of the move-in process
- Prepare admission packets and welcome materials
- Ensure rooms are move-in ready and welcoming
- Greet residents and families and provide orientation
- Conduct check-ins with new residents
- Support engagement activities and family events
- Gather and communicate resident/family feedback
- Assist with service recovery and satisfaction initiatives
- Maintain organized admission files and tracking systems
- Prepare tour packets and marketing materials
- Track inquiries, tours, and move-ins
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
- Ensure common areas and vacant rooms are clean and tour-ready
- Maintain signage, welcome boards, and marketing materials
- Support events, outreach efforts, and social media initiatives
- Capture event photos (with proper consent)
- Assist with community engagement activities
- Assist with room setup, event preparation, and general administrative needs
- Provide cross-functional support to leadership teams

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)
- Experience in personal care or assisted living strongly preferred
