What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming leads provided by the office and generate your own
- Set and confirm roof inspection appointments
- Conduct roof inspections and document findings
- Prepare and submit proposals for approval and present them to customers
- Follow up weekly on active leads and provide status updates
- Manage jobs from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams to issue contracts and schedule projects
- Visit job sites and participate in final customer walk-throughs
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the process

- Basic computer and technology skills (CRM experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule
- Estimated annual earnings: $60,000 – $250,000
- Commission-based pay with weekly earnings
- Full-time, part-time, contract, and commission options available
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
