Food Runner Encore Beach Club 2021

The Encore Beach Club Food Runner is responsible for delivering customer food orders to their tables while providing superior guest service in all areas of the pool and nightclub.  Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards.

Job Duties:

• Transporting trays and serving food in all pool and nightclub areas
• Ensure quality of food preparation and presentation meets department standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work area
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County Health standards
• Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards
• Responsible for the daily set up of grill before the venue opens
• Responsible for the daily breakdown of the grill as the venue closes
• Assist guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance when necessary
• Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner
• Ensure daily/nightly opening and closing duties are completed
• Adhere to and enforce company specific safety and health department policies/procedures
• Report any incidents or violations to management
• Follow all designated emergency procedures
• Attend required trainings
• Assist other departments as necessary

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be able to communicate in English with guests and other team members
• Must be able to work efficiently within a team environment
• Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun
• Must adhere to both company and department specific policies and procedures
• Embrace company culture and take pride in the resort and amenities
• Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene deemed by management
• Maintain dialogue with all guest while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times
• Willing to work in a loud environment
• Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun exposure
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
