live, in-store product demonstrations
. This position requires professionalism, consistent attendance, and the ability to engage with customers throughout the day.

This Role Is a Strong Fit For You If You Can:
- Interact confidently with customers for

- Follow training, coaching, and brand guidelines with consistency
- Take initiative, stay organized, and represent the company professionally
- Commit to a
full-time schedule (30–40 hours/week)
Minimum Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)
To reduce mismatches, applications will only be considered if all of the following are met:
- Reliable transportation
to the Hartford office and multiple retail partner locations - Full-time availability
(Monday–Sunday scheduling flexibility; weekends may be required) - Ability to stand for extended periods and engage customers continuously
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work
on-site
— this is not a remote or hybrid role - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but not required:
customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience; informal leadership experience.
What You'll Do
- Participate in
paid training
to learn in-store marketing skills - Greet customers, start conversations, and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Demonstrate products clearly and accurately
- Answer questions and guide purchasing decisions
- Build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service
- Represent Wynn Acquisitions and our clients with professionalism at all times
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed hourly base pay
- Uncapped performance bonuses & commissions
- Average weekly earnings: $700–$1500
