Junior Sales Representative

Wynn Acquisitions is expanding! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our retail team in Hartford, CT.
If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping up with the latest tech, and helping customers find the right solutions, this could be the perfect fit. In this role, you’ll work directly with shoppers in a retail setting—introducing them to top telecommunication and home entertainment products, plans, and upgrades that fit their lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and learn about their communication and entertainment needs on the retail sales floor.
- Recommend the best wireless, internet, and home entertainment solutions to match their goals.
- Stay up to date on the newest devices, streaming options, promotions, and service plans.
- Handle activations, upgrades, and account questions quickly and accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns and make sure every interaction ends on a positive note.
- Collaborate with your teammates to meet sales goals while keeping the energy upbeat and professional.
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to work full-time in a retail store environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team.
