What You’ll Do
- Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, caregivers)
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
- Help create a service-first culture focused on resident satisfaction
- Step in as a clinical leader and problem-solver when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in West Virginia or Compact State license.
- Previous leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or similar)
- Passion for senior care, hospitality, and team development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset

- Experience in assisted living or long-term care

Qualifications:
✔ Valid West Virginia or Compact State RN Nursing License
✔ 2 years of long-term care floor nursing experience
