We are a New Rochelle family near Iona looking for a reliable, warm, and energetic part-time babysitter for our two children, aged 2 and 4 years old. This role is ideal for local college students with afternoon availability seeking consistent, part-time work that fits around a class schedule.
During the school year (September to June), you will work Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with some flexibility for earlier start or end times as needed. In the summer, the day begins with camp pickup at 12:30 PM and offers additional hours.
Your daily responsibilities will include school and daycare pickups, engaging in supervised play and activities at home, preparing and serving dinner, and doing light tidying of the kids' spaces. We are looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, and great with young children. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, as transporting the kids is part of the job. Prior childcare experience is preferred.
