We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter to care for our two children, ages 3 and 7, in Oakland, CA. This is a recurring job from August 4 to August 7, with daily shifts beginning at 1:00 PM and ending at 10:00 PM.
The role involves engaging with the children through play and activities, with an emphasis on minimizing screen time and employing a gentle approach. While we do not require feeding, bathing, or bedtime routines, you should be prepared to supervise both children in creative and safe play environments.
A pool is available next door, and the children enjoy swimming. Mateo, our 7-year-old, can swim, while Sofia, our 3-year-old, will need a life jacket. It is important to monitor them closely during pool activities. No driving is required, and there are no pets in the household.
