What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with restorative programs such as range-of-motion, ambulation, and strengthening exercises

• Support individualized care plans to promote mobility and functional independence

• Accurately document progress and communicate with nursing staff

• Encourage and motivate residents through positive, person-centered care

• Partner with therapy and nursing teams to ensure residents reach their goals

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in relevant state

• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred)

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds - physical work is a primary part of the job

• Able to stand, bend and walk for extended time periods

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
