Wyndridge Farm is seeking professional, energetic, and hospitality-focused Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our wedding and events team. This position plays an important role in creating a polished, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, professional service during weddings, private parties, corporate events, and other special events.
- Set up and break down tables, bars, service stations, and event spaces according to event specifications.
- Serve plated, buffet, and cocktail-style food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages when assigned to bartending.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service and bar areas throughout events.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests.
- Work closely with event coordinators, kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to maintain smooth service.
- Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures and all company safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with event cleanup and resetting spaces at the conclusion of events.

At Wyndridge Farm, weddings and special events are some of the most important days in our guests’ lives. Our banquet team is expected to deliver service that is warm, attentive, professional, and consistent from the first guest arrival through the final farewell.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
