Our housekeeping team plays one of the most important roles in creating a great guest experience. Every clean room helps make our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Housekeeper Responsibilities
· Clean and service guest rooms according to Wyndham brand standards
· Change bed linens and make beds
· Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum, and mop floors
· Replenish guest room amenities and supplies
· Report maintenance issues or damaged items
· Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and inviting
· Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
· Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
· Provide friendly service when interacting with guests and fellow team members
Housekeeper Qualifications
· Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
· Reliable, dependable, and punctual
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Able to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and work throughout an active shift
· Weekend and holiday availability preferred
