Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resources and reduce waste.
• Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, address deficiencies promptly, and uphold sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational issues swiftly.
• Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, custodial work, and hazardous material handling to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial services or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong background in commercial cleaning and sanitation management.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills that motivate staff toward high performance.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, safety regulations, and janitorial best practices.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Experience in laundry operations is preferred but not required.
