We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team . In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and mentor staff to provide outstanding guest services and maintain high morale.
- Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
