Duties

- Collaborate with event coordinators and team members to understand specific setup requirements and execute tasks accordingly.
- Operate basic tools and equipment needed for setup activities, including lifting heavy items when necessary.
- Conduct safety checks on equipment and structures before events commence to prevent hazards.
- Respond promptly to last-minute requests or adjustments during the event setup process.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless coordination throughout the setup phase.
Qualifications
