Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, such as malfunctioning heating systems or leaking pipes.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance requests.

Qualifications:
