What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain the commercial dishwashing machine safely and efficiently.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen utensils.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift.
- Empty trash and recycling containers as needed.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
- Support kitchen operations by ensuring clean dishes and equipment are always available.
- Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks when needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
