Responsibilities

• Maintain a spotless and organized lobby by performing cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care activities such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to ensure safe and attractive walkways.
• Monitor the lobby area regularly to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and promptly address them or escalate as necessary.
• Provide friendly assistance to guests by answering questions, offering directions, and supporting their overall experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Assist with light custodial tasks related to hotel or facility cleanliness, including restroom sanitation and replenishing supplies.
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or guest concerns efficiently to ensure swift resolution.
• Uphold health and safety standards through proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and walking throughout the shift.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest interactions.
• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is a plus but not required.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.
