Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the breakfast team, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality.
- Oversee daily breakfast operations.
- Train and mentor staff on food handling procedures, customer service excellence, and Micros POS system usage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food production and handling.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service during breakfast hours.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote professional development.
Skills
- Proficiency in Micros POS system is preferred.
- Strong shift management capabilities to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience in food service with a focus on quality production and handling practices.
