Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responds in a courteous and timely manner to all guests' questions, complaints, or requests.
- Responds promptly and courteously to guest maintenance requests.
- Performs general hotel maintenance and repairs, including low-voltage electrical systems, toilets, plumbing fixtures, and door locks/hardware.
- Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Completes maintenance work orders promptly and reports issues requiring further attention.
- Maintains tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition.
- Follows hotel safety, cleanliness, attendance, and appearance standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
