Supervise the banquet operations in absence of Banquet Manager. Assist Banquet Manager in setting departmental strategies and goals to achieve operational targets.
Responsible for set up, execution, break down and proper storage (equipment) of all banquet functions.
Required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, holidays and weekends. Attentive and energetic, able to provide exemplary service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Bringing excellent communication skills and dedication.
