Responsibilities
• Provide customer service to guests over the phone, in person, and via email
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel’s services, rates, and amenities
• Answer customer questions regarding availability of rooms and rates
• Enter customer information into the reservations system accurately and efficiently
• Process payments and issue confirmation numbers
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor availability of rooms and take action to maximize occupancy
• Update customer profiles and track reservations
• Maintain records of guest preferences
• Keep abreast of current promotions and packages being offered by the hotel
• Assist guests with special requests and provide information related to local attractions and transportation.
