Requirements:
Job Responsibilities
• Welcome guests to the hotel and check them in and out
• Make sure guest records are accurate and up to date
• Balance accounts and keep track of all charges and payments
• Process payments for guests and enter data into the system
• Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises
• Respond to all guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Perform nightly audit of the hotel accounts
• Reconcile the daily room rates and occupancy
• Generate financial reports for the hotel
• Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area
• Assist other staff members with tasks as needed
• Follow all safety and security procedures
