We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help ensure our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining high standards, and being part of a team.
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are met
Assign rooms and daily tasks to housekeeping team members
Train, coach, and support team members to deliver consistent service
Monitor room status and communicate with Front Desk regarding room readiness
Address guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly
Assist with scheduling, attendance, and performance management
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
Step in and assist the team as needed during busy periods
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience required
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
