Located in Wheaton, IL Wyndemere Senior Living is a continuum of care community that specializes in providing a supportive living environment to our residents. We are looking for Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants interested in working hand in hand with the nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care to our Assisted Living residents.
Shifts: FT PM/PRN ; Must be available every other weekend
Salary: $15-$17/hr
Location: Wheaton, IL

Resident Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide residents with high quality care and assistance with tasks of daily living
- Document care and provide updates to nurses
- Answers assistance calls promptly
- Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms neat and orderly
- Demonstrates teamwork by helping co-workers within and across departments. Communicates effectively with others, respects diverse opinions and styles, acknowledges the assistance and contributions of others, and demonstrates professionalism.
Qualifications:
- A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
- Excellent organizations skills
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the work day
- Continuous standing, turning, stooping, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 95% of the workday
