Shift: Part-time
- Minimum of 20 hours/week.
- On call and must be available for building emergencies.
Summary
You will supervise all building and grounds maintenance, performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities (both internal and external) to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for residents, employees, and visitors.

Maintenance Director
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee general maintenance grounds
- Perform duties in accordance with community requirements and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure the effective operation of the department by demonstrating reliability and competence.
- Uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of Inspirit Senior Living.
- Collaborate with all staff to maintain the safety and security of everyone in the community.
Qualifications
- Education: Trade school or high school graduate, or GED.
- Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in construction or plant maintenance.
- Licensure: HVAC and EPA certification preferred.
- Testing: Pre-placement drug test and TB test required.
