Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist in our busy physician office.
The position is part time. Monday and Tuesday 7:00am - 3:00pm and Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm. Schedule may vary somewhat depending on need.
Responsibilities
- Place patients in exam rooms
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in a medical office
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with Medent software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
