What you’ll do

• Pull die carts; load dies, counters, and stock correctly into the die‑cutter
• Perform precise make‑ready set‑ups for accurate cut‑to‑print and proper scoring
• Run production at expected speeds while checking quality with retain pulls
• Clear materials and dies after each job and prepare for the next run
• Complete routine cleaning and mechanical adjustments
• Collaborate with your line crew and contribute to department targets

When you’ll work

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 6:30am
• Training: 60–90 days on 1st shift (6:30am – 3:00pm)

What you need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years in a mechanically oriented role; confident with hand tools
• Consistent, stable work history
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Analytical skills and a drive for process improvement
• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and machine set‑ups for production runs
• Forklift licensed

Tools you’ll use

• Measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers
• Flexographic printing press
• Gluer and box folding machines
• Forklifts

• Weekly pay based on experience, shift, and machine assignment
