Position: Learning Program Coordinator
Employment: Part-Time
Location: In-person, South Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $22–$24 per hour

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative Learning Program Coordinator to support the development and implementation of client training programs.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing projects together, working with people, coordinating moving pieces, and contributing to meaningful learning experiences. You will work closely with curriculum developers, subject matter experts, business owners, clients, and the Growmetix® team to keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with client objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and documentation.
- Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and project status.
- Monitor projects for potential issues and identify and escalate risks or roadblocks.
- Maintain project information and updates in Trello.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document action items, and follow up on next steps.
- Coordinate communication among clients, team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
- Help ensure projects remain aligned with scope, schedules, and objectives.
- Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
Research & Stakeholder Interviews
- Schedule interviews with subject matter experts, business owners, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct structured interviews using established interview guides.
- Capture and organize information gathered during interviews.
- Use Microsoft Copilot to summarize themes, insights, and potential recommendations.
- Help identify learning needs, skill gaps, and opportunities for program improvement.
Training & Pilot Implementation
- Support the coordination and implementation of training programs and learning initiatives.
- Create and manage Eventbrite registrations for pilot sessions and other learning events.
- Coordinate participant outreach and communications using Mailchimp and other communication tools.
- Manage participant communications before, during, and after pilot sessions.
- Coordinate logistics for pilot sessions, including schedules, participants, materials, and technology.
- Collect participant feedback through surveys and other evaluation methods.
- Use Microsoft Copilot to help organize feedback and summarize findings and recommendations.
- Communicate pilot results and action items to project stakeholders.
Team & Client Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to support learning program development.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, business owners, participants, and Growmetix® team members.
- Communicate project updates clearly and professionally.
- Help create a positive experience for clients and participants throughout each project.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that improve project workflows, training experiences, and team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, training and development, learning and development, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, events, training, or similar initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Teams
- Microsoft Copilot
- Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions with limited direction.
- Comfortable working with clients, business owners, subject matter experts, and internal team members.
Helpful Experience
The following experience is helpful but not required:
- Learning and development or training program coordination.
- Instructional design or adult learning.
- Curriculum development.
- Learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience supporting training pilots, workshops, or employee development programs.
- Experience conducting interviews, gathering qualitative data, or analyzing participant feedback.
- Familiarity with the ADDIE instructional design process.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to organize information, summarize findings, and support project workflows.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 per week
