Job Location: Can be performed remotely.
Non-traditional salaries are needs-based determined by factors of housing and personal expenses based on geographic location, including dependents and their ages, retirement savings, ministry expenses and taxes. Although salaries vary significantly and it’s not possible to provide an exact number for this position, a typical non-traditional salary for a missionary household is $42,600 to $80,982 annually. These salaries do not include your partnership-raised funds for health insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, or Wycliffe assessment.

You’ll make an impact when you…
- Develop project plans according to our project models and guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with field partners, leaders, stakeholders and others.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions with the global partnership team.
- Communicate with other departments and share with donors about projects.
- Monitor projects and ensure timely completion of reports to move projects toward completion.
- You have one year of experience in administration or project management.
- You have one year of cross-cultural work experience.
- You enjoy building relationships with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
- You are a detail-oriented team player who is eager to learn new things.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in cross-cultural settings.
- You are excited to fully support our vision, mission, values and strategies.
- You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
