The Spiritual Disciplines Program Manager role is vital to the work of Bible Translation. Prayer is the cornerstone of our work at WA, and we must keep translation projects and all members of WA covered in prayer. In this role, the manager will lead, develop and oversee programs of support in the area of Spiritual Disciplines including (but not limited to) prayer, worship, study, fasting and fellowship. We are seeking a leader who can help develop global prayer networks for all regions of the world and help to lead those prayer networks. The manager will also create reports and prayer letters, along with managing online or in-person prayer meetings. Because some of these prayer meetings will be online, tech skills will be needed to set up the online platforms. Above all, we are seeking a true prayer warrior who loves to spend time with the Lord and will commit to covering WA in prayer. We will ideally be seeking someone who can serve in Orlando, for 4-5 days per week, for about 6 hours per day.
