We are seeking a compassionate and motivated CSR'S to become part of our growing practice (Preferably bilingual). Our clinic prides itself on providing high-quality care while maintaining a positive, family-oriented atmosphere where every team member is respected and supported.
Duties
- Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a friendly and professional first impression
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle invoices accurately
- Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding services, wait times, and follow-up care
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate between veterinarians, technicians, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
- Address client questions, concerns, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, family-style environment
- Comfortable handling animals of all sizes with care and compassion
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or medical record systems
