What are the responsibilities and job description for the License Practical Nurse WYCKOFF DOCTOR'S CLINIC position at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center?
Duties will include:
- Assisting the physician in treatments and procedures
- Monitoring of patient's vital signs, patient intake and output, and recording patient history
- Reports data relating to patient's health status to the appropriate clinical staff
- Identifies patient goals, communicates, and collaborates with clinical team to support patient care plan
- Administration of medication, injections, and functions in the scope of the license
- Cleaning of equipment in patient care areas
- Maintain patient care rooms to ensure they are kept clean, and supplies are well stocked.
- Maintain records of patient activities and observations
- Submit records to the appropriate clinical staff regarding patient's condition
- Assist with scheduling patients, authorizations and referrals to support office staff as needed
- Cross-cover multiple practices as needed
- Rooming patients
- Overseeing patient flow

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
- Current NY State LPN License and Registration
- BLS Certification
