About The Role
You’ll be the Lead Salesman of our HVAC division — meeting homeowners, diagnosing comfort needs, and offering tailored heating, cooling, and air quality solutions.
This role calls for a flexible, hands-on leader who can balance running sales calls with jumping in to help the field team when needed to ensure every job runs seamlessly.
You’ll also be responsible for accurately quoting all jobs so everything is priced correctly and profitably from the start. Strong vendor relationships and deep knowledge of HVAC components are essential to getting fast, accurate pricing and avoiding costly undercuts.
You must also have the ability to offer financing options on all jobs to help homeowners say “yes” and increase your own conversion rate.

What You’ll Do
- Run in-home HVAC sales appointments with professionalism, confidence, and energy.
- Accurately assess and properly size furnaces, boilers, and full-home systems.
- Meet profit margins on jobs to assure maximum payout for yourself.
- Collaborate closely with installers and management to ensure every project is set up for success.
- Support the growth of the HVAC division and help shape its future systems and standards.
- Proven experience in residential HVAC (2 years preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of system sizing, load calculations, and installation processes.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined — no cutting corners or missed steps.
- Solid knowledge of materials, equipment, and vendor pricing structures.
- Flexible, willing to jump in and help the team on other jobs when needed.
