About the Role
Wyatt Management is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent with extensive Tilt Wall construction expertise to lead commercial projects. You’ll oversee planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage inspections, quality control, and job site safety
✅ Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet deadlines
✅ Maintain daily logs in RedTeam and weekly job reporting via Excel
✅ Communicate effectively on ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals
✅ Ensure subcontractor compliance with scope and safety standards
✅ Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
✅ Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and maintain a clean job site
✅ Track material inventory and manage punch lists
✅ Open and secure job site daily; resolve on-site issues promptly
Qualifications
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ 3–5 years of commercial construction experience (Tilt Wall required)
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/ Excel/Word) and iPad
✔ Ability to read blueprints and perform building layouts
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ RedTeam experience preferred
✔ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
