Job Title: Experienced Residential Framer (High-End Custom Builds) Location: Indianapolis (North West Side) Pay Range: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (Starting rate, dependent on skills & experience)

About the Job: We are a premium residential builder specializing in high-end luxury homes on the North West side of Indianapolis. We are not looking for speed at the expense of quality; we are looking for craftsmanship. We are seeking a skilled Framer who takes pride in their work and wants to build complex, high-value properties.

What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a true professional. This is not a position for a general handyman or someone learning the trade.

• Real Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience working on an ACTUAL framing crew. We need someone who understands structural integrity, complex roof lines, and precision work.
• High Standards: You must be self-motivated and capable of maintaining high-quality standards without constant supervision.
• Reliable: You show up on time, every day, ready to work.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with all standard framing tools (nail guns, saws, levels, etc.).
• Strong understanding of wall, floor, and roof framing systems.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in all weather conditions.
