Job Summary:
The Construction Crew Member will assist in a variety of tasks on job sites including demolition, framing, siding, roofing, concrete work, and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is dependable, follows safety protocols, and is eager to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload construction materials
- Assist with framing, siding, roofing, drywall, and painting
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Clean and prepare construction sites
- Follow directions from supervisors and tradespeople
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Perform physical labor such as lifting, digging, and carrying
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
