Role Description The Integrated Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Biloxi, MS. This position supports the sales team by coordinating advertising orders, preparing proposals, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of sales information into station systems. The role involves daily communication with account executives, clients, and internal departments to confirm campaign details, manage schedules, and resolve issues. The Integrated Sales Coordinator helps track campaign performance, assists with sales reports and inventory management, and maintains organized documentation for all sales activities. This role also contributes to a positive client experience by responding to requests, facilitating smooth onboarding of new campaigns, and supporting both traditional and digital sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills, including organizing orders, managing timelines, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, sales staff, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, with an understanding of advertising and media sales processes.
- Proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with CRM or traffic systems is beneficial.
