What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Helper position at WxTite LLC?

As a Service Helper you will be:
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
- Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, safety equipment, and material staging areas
- Help with cleanup and proper disposal of materials after job completion
- Learn and assist with basic roofing repair techniques and material applications
- Assist with basic measurements and material calculations
- Always follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate with clients and job site personnel about project needs and status updates
- Serve as a liaison between Service Manager and field teams
Our ideal candidate will:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Previous experience in construction, roofing or related field preferred but not required
- Familiarity with common hand and power tools preferred
- Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
