- Procurement & Contracting: Assist in the solicitation, evaluation, and contracting of subcontractors to support project execution and quality delivery.
- Subcontractor Oversight: Support the management of subcontractor performance and relationships, ensuring alignment with project goals and company expectations.
- Project Budget Management: Manage changes and maintain up-to-date cost projections, ensuring accurate financial planning and budgeting.
- Resource Scheduling & Planning: Develop and complete schedules outlining labor, equipment, and material needs to optimize productivity.
- Project Lifecycle Support: Assist and support all phases of assigned projects, from planning to closeout, promoting efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Execution & Delivery: Drive on-time, on-budget project completion with zero claims or callbacks.
- Site Safety, Quality & Security: Lead site safety, quality control, and security measures to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Site Management & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and field office environment in alignment with company standards.
- Field Documentation & Communication: Manage project documentation including daily reports (e.g., Procore), transmittals, and field communications.
- Meeting & Closeout Procedures: Lead and participate in regular site meetings and manage tasks associated with project closeout.
- Problem Solving & Adaptability: Identify and proactively resolve on-site issues and adapt to changing field conditions.
- Client Communication & Support: Support customer relations through clear, professional communication and timely follow-up.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, or interiors design experience working with a general contractor (full-time or internship)
- Great verbal and written communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proficiency with Scheduling software and project management software (e.g. Procore)
