Verizon Sales Assistant

In this sales-driven role, you’ll work face-to-face with customers inside retail stores as a Verizon Sales Assistant, helping them understand Verizon’s internet sales plans, upgrade their services, and choose the solutions that best fit their lifestyle. As a Verizon Sales Assistant, you’ll be a key player in delivering top-notch customer service while learning the ropes of the Internet sales industry — with real opportunities to grow into sales leadership roles. What You’ll Do as a Verizon Sales Assistant:

• Engage directly with customers in verizon retail locations as a Verizon Sales Assistant to promote internet plans and services.
• Educate customers on product offerings and match them with the best solutions for their needs.
• Consistently hit or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
• Stay actively involved in training and development to sharpen your sales and communication skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive environment in-store.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive performance and support company goals.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional efforts to boost daily sales. Your success as a Verizon Sales Assistant directly contributes to our growth.

What We’re Looking For in a Verizon Sales Assistant:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a sales-related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Resilience, motivation, and a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation
