In this sales-driven role, you’ll work face-to-face with customers inside retail stores, helping them understand Verizon’s internet sales plans, upgrade their services, and choose the solutions that best fit their lifestyle. You’ll be a key player in delivering top-notch customer service while learning the ropes of the Internet sales industry — with real opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Engage directly with customers in Verizon retail locations to promote internet plans and services.
- Educate customers on product offerings and match them with the best solutions for their needs.
- Consistently hit or exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
- Stay actively involved in training and development to sharpen your sales and communication skills.

What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a sales-related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
