What You’ll Do as a Client Enrollment Associate
- Lead sales and customer service outreach campaigns to enroll new Verizon clients and promote current service offerings.
- Coach and support teammates on effective sales communication, customer service standards, and onboarding procedures.
- Track pipeline activity, account progress, and activation milestones using CRM tools to ensure sales accuracy and responsive customer service follow-up.
- Resolve client concerns, activation issues, and onboarding delays through proactive customer service coordination.
- Review sales performance reports, assess feedback, and recommend improvements to drive stronger sales and customer service outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery, accurate documentation, and consistent Verizon brand representation.
- Innovate sales strategies and customer service touchpoints to strengthen relationships and boost retention.
What We’re Looking For in a Client Enrollment Associate
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field).
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment—ideally within telecom, tech, or client-focused industries.
- Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
- CRM experience and strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales pipelines and customer service tasks efficiently.
