We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards, while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with the cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the kitchen and equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
