Role Description
The Manager, KIVA & Alternative Lending, will oversee and manage the KIVA loan program and other alternative lending initiatives at WWBIC. Responsibilities include portfolio management, loan servicing, providing excellent customer service, and supporting clients through the loan process. The role requires collaboration with team members to provide financial support tailored to entrepreneurs' needs. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Madison, WI, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Servicing, Loans, and Portfolio Management
- Strong background in Finance and Financial Analysis
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to guide and support clients effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with economic development and small business operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
