Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, managing communications, and ensuring brand consistency across various channels. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms, as well as outside marketing.
- Coordinate the production of promotional materials and content, including flyers, email newsletters, and advertisements
- Manage the company’s social media accounts daily, ensuring timely and engaging content
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and analytics
- Help organize community events, promotions, and sponsorship opportunities
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar and asset library
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support marketing initiatives within the resort
- Assist with website content updates regularly and SEO optimization
- Support lead generation and customer engagement strategies
- Monitor competitor marketing and industry trends
Skills
- Experience in event planning or community engagement
- graphic design knowledge or experience (requirement)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Tik Tok, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and content management platforms a plus
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
