What You'll Do
· Prospect and develop new B2B accounts while growing existing customer relationships.
· Meet with decision-makers such as safety managers, operations leaders, HR leaders, and facility managers to identify needs and recommend solutions.
· Present customized first-aid and safety programs, including products and services that help customers improve preparedness and workplace safety.
· Manage a sales pipeline, conduct follow-up, and close new business consistently.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals through disciplined territory management and prospecting activity.
What You Bring
· 1-3 years of outside sales experience; B2B sales experience is preferred.
· A strong record of prospecting, appointment-setting, and closing new business.
· Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned sales territory.
· Comfort using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and standard business software to manage activity and pipeline.
· A self-motivated, competitive, and coachable approach to sales.
